  本次概念規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方案國際征集活動(dòng)為開放式征集過程,希望通過方案征集廣泛吸收各方面意見和建議,共同尋求項(xiàng)目發(fā)展目標(biāo)和要旨。

建筑創(chuàng)意園的目標(biāo)定位:
  打造國際一流的集創(chuàng)作、培訓(xùn)、科研、成果展示、文化交流等多功能的創(chuàng)新型文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)聚落,并形成北京泛建筑創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)及相關(guān)行業(yè)交流的最重要主流平臺。
  倡導(dǎo)生態(tài)、環(huán)保、節(jié)能、科技、創(chuàng)新等新理念,主張貫穿全程的綠色設(shè)計(jì)、綠色建筑、綠色運(yùn)營,成為創(chuàng)新型生態(tài)環(huán)保園區(qū)的典范。

建筑創(chuàng)意園的區(qū)位:
  北京媯河建筑創(chuàng)意園位于官廳水庫上游媯河北岸,即北京市延慶縣延慶鎮(zhèn)西屯村西南地塊,距延慶縣城2公里。規(guī)劃總用地面積21.02公頃、總建筑面積約14.5萬平方米。

獎(jiǎng)金設(shè)置:一等獎(jiǎng)1名,獎(jiǎng)金人民幣100萬元(含稅)
     二等獎(jiǎng)2名,獎(jiǎng)金人民幣50萬元(含稅)
     方案保底費(fèi),人民幣30萬元(含稅)

報(bào)名人資質(zhì):國內(nèi)外知名設(shè)計(jì)公司/事務(wù)所/設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì),并具類似大型項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

報(bào)名方式:填寫《北京媯河建筑創(chuàng)意園概念規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方案征集報(bào)名表》,以傳真或電子郵件方式送達(dá),并請?jiān)谒瓦_(dá)后與聯(lián)系人確認(rèn)。

應(yīng)征人資格確認(rèn):主辦方從報(bào)名人中遴選應(yīng)征人,最終選定的應(yīng)征人不超過10名,并以書面方式確認(rèn)。

International Ideas Competition for the Planning of Beijing Gui River Architectural Innovation Park:
The international ideas competition for the planning of Beijing Gui River Architectural Innovation Park (tentatively named) has hereby officially commenced.
If you and your design team are concerned about the future development of innovative Chinese architecture, advocate environmental technology in urban construction, and in constant pursuit of critically analyzing and solving issues surrounding urban planning, architectural design and innovation in the new era, then please take a moment to focus your creative energy and become a part of this glorious new chapter of Chinese architecture!
Through this open and international call for planning ideas, we aim to gather comments and suggestions to identify the objectives, principles, and future development of the project.

Objective of the Architectural Innovation Park:
To build a world-class, multi-functional, culturally innovative site with functions that allow for creativity, training, research, product exhibition and cultural exchange. It will also form one of Beijing’s most important platforms on which architectural innovation can be showcased along with other relevant industries..
To introduce new concepts such as sustainability, energy-efficiency, cutting-edge technology and innovation; to promote a holistic process of green of design, construction and maintenance ; and to become a model for other innovative, eco-friendly parks.

Location of the Architectural Innovation Park:
Beijing Gui River Architectural Innovation Park is located on the northern bank of the Guanting Reservoir. It is situated in the southwest part of Yanqing Town’s Xitun Village, in Yanqing County. This region sits about 2 kilometers from Yanqing Town. The total site area is approximately 210,000m2, and the buildings total floor area around 145,000m2.

Awards:
One first place awarded: RMB 1,000,000 (tax-inclusive)
Two second places awarded: RMB 500,000 (tax-inclusive).
Base design fee : of RMB 300,000 (tax-inclusive)

Entry Requirements:
Renowned national and international design companies/firms/practices that have experience with projects of similar scale.

Registration:
Please complete and submit via fax or email the attached “Application Form: International Ideas Competition for the Planning of Beijing Gui River Architectural Innovation Park”. Please confirm your submission with the contact person after the application form is sent.

Deadline:
18:00 on June 12th, 2009

Confirmation of Applicant Qualification:
The organizer will select 10 qualified design teams from the entries. A confirmation will be sent in writing.

Issuing of Invitation Document:
The official invitation document will be published on the website of the organizer.
