Whether it’s the concept for a new skyscraper, the upgrade of a rail network, the modelling of a flood defence system or the improvement of a management process, we plan, design and enable solutions.

　　In China Mainland company operates large Urban Planning and Architectural consultancies as well as Faithful & Gould which provides project/ cost management services.

　　The principal engineer will take the lead role in coming complicated Architectural projects.

　　The role

　　The principal responsibilities of this post are to:

　　-Provide monitoring of the civil construction/structure works；

　　-Monitor, review and report on the delivery of projects against the approved execution schedule.

　　-Assess the quality of work on site against the specification and the relevant Chinese standards.

　　-Prepare technical specifications for ground investigations and general civil/structure works

　　-Translate technical specifications and other documentation from design institutes, construction companies, other consultants including construction supervision companies.

　　-Review technical documents; calculations, specifications, reports and drawings against technical specifications and the relevant Chinese standards.

　　Candidate background

　　? Top quality academic background in structure and Civil engineering or related disciplines;

　　? At least over 10 years of working experience in Architectural works;

　　? Solid experience in famous local design institution and at least 2 years of working in foreign design firm/company;

　　設計及管理工作

　　1、整合客戶方，分包方以及公司前期、市場、工程其它專業工作并給予專業的指導和支持；

　　2、負責跟蹤審查電/暖通/給排水專業圖紙，給出技術評估，與設計方保持緊密合作，保證設計質量和進度；

　　3、以技術和成本控制主導設計管理工作，做好電/暖通/給排水優化設計；

　　Responsibilities:

　　- Co-ordination the integration of design works and liaison with clients, government authorities, contractors and the design institute;

　　- To provide technical review of electrical/HAVC/P&D related design documents, technical bid evaluations, and working with the design institute for detailed designs;

　　- Inspection of project site work, project site activities such as erection, quality inspection, and acceptance testing on Shanghai site.

　　任職資格：

　　1、給排水或暖通相近專業本科及以上學歷，具有中級以上技術職稱的優先考慮。

　　2、熟練使用CAD和OFFICE辦公軟件。

　　3、具有豐富的給排水、暖通、空調等專業設計圖紙的審核能力，有較強的管線綜合能力；

　　4、熟悉本專業目前的先進技術應用情況；

　　5、7年左右相關領域工作經驗，兩年以上大型甲級設計院相關設計經驗，同時了解強、弱電的基本原理和設計流程；

　　6、兩年以上房地產公司機電工程師或外資工程公司 M&E Engineer 工作經驗；

　　7、良好的溝通協調能力，英語良好；

　　8、身體健康，能夠承受較大的工作壓力。

　　The candidates must possess the following:

　　-University Degree or further educational qualification such as P&D, HAVC or equivalents in a relevant engineering discipline

　　Solid skill in CAD and office software

　　-Minimum 7 years experience in related field (pump and drainage, HAVC, power generation/transmission ); 2 years of working in local design institution;

　　-Wide ranging experience in relevant discipline work practices , techniques and systems and experienced in reviewing and verifying P&D, HAVC or Electric design;

　　-Knowledgeable in international codes, standards and regulatory requirements

　　-Proficiency in English and Putonghua (both written and spoken )

　　-Candidates must be mobile, flexible and have a mature and professional approach
